An introduction to using Meta Business Suite to manage Facebook and Instagram for business, including setup, content scheduling, messaging and insights.
This practical online two-week course is designed for business owners who want to use Facebook and Instagram more effectively for business. You will learn how to set up and use Meta Business Suite, manage content across both platforms, respond to messages, schedule posts and stories, and understand key insights to improve results. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident using Meta Business Suite to support your day-to-day social media activity.

Meta Business Suite Made Simple is a practical online two-week course for business owners & employees who want to manage Facebook and Instagram more effectively. Across the two sessions, learners will explore how to set up Meta Business Suite, connect accounts correctly, create and schedule content, respond to messages, and use insights to understand what is working. The course is designed to build confidence and give learners practical skills they can use straight away.

This course is suitable for:
• Small business owners
• Sole traders and freelancers
• Staff responsible for social media as part of their role

You will need access to a PC, Laptop or device. Mobiles are not enough for this course.

Entry requirements
Learners should:
• Have basic computer skills
• Have access to a Facebook business Page and/or Instagram business account
• Be interested in improving their business use of social media

Location: This is an online course that will be delivered via Zoom, so please ensure that you can access this on the device you are using. You will receive details and joining instructions of how to access the course shortly before the start date by email.

You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. Your tutor will then admit you to the class once your session is ready to begin.
