How to Photograph Items to Sell Online
Have you ever made something beautiful and struggled to capture it properly in a photograph? Whether you create clothing, crafts, artwork, jewellery or handmade products, good photography can make all the difference when sharing or selling your work online.

This relaxed and practical 2-hour beginner’s workshop is designed for creatives who want to learn how to take simple, beautiful photographs using equipment they already have — whether that’s a phone or a camera.

Led by professional photographer Carys, the session will cover easy-to-follow techniques for styling and photographing handmade items at home. You’ll learn how to use natural light, lamps, plain backgrounds, fabric, coloured card and simple props to create clean, eye-catching images without expensive equipment or a studio setup.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with practical skills, creative ideas, and the confidence to photograph your work beautifully at home.
