Mosaic Birds - From Broken to Beautiful
This class is an enjoyable and relaxed introduction to the art of mosaic making. Basic skills and techniques will be demonstrated by your friendly tutor and you will be able to create a unique, upcycled bird ornament or two for your home. It would also make a beautiful gift.

You will be introduced to the Pique Assiette method of mosaic making and guided through the process of cutting and shaping unwanted pieces of china to create your own tiles. The grouting process will be demonstrated and you will have a bag of materials and instructions to take home in order to complete this with confidence. There will be images and exemplar available for inspiration.
