This mixed-ability course offers tutor guidance to help you develop your skills and confidence. We’ll explore a range of techniques, materials, and methods in drawing and painting, with a focus on line, tone, mark-making, and colour.

The course includes a variety of practical tasks, encouraging experimentation as you grow in confidence. You’ll work with a range of materials including pen, pencil, charcoal, pastel, acrylic, and watercolour. Throughout the course, you’ll also look at the work of different artists and learn about their techniques.
