Family Matters - Handling Anger in the Family
Anger can be tricky to deal with in our families. We often don’t know where it comes from or what to do with it, and this can have a really negative impact on family life.

This 5 week course seeks to help us understand the emotion better, giving tools and strategies to help both parents and children to handle anger and conflict in a positive way.

Throughout the course, you'll be able to get top tips from the Family Matters Team, and share experiences and learn with others in the group while the children are taken care of by Family Learning’s experienced childcare team.
