Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the Zumba dance fitness class, specifically designed for older adults and beginners. It focuses on easy-to-follow choreography that prioritises balance, range of motion, and coordination, making it a fun and effective way to stay active without high-impact moves. Participants are encouraged to move to the music and have fun, rather than focusing on perfect technique. The classes are often filled with laughter and a positive vibe, making it a fun and enjoyable experience.

You'll benefit from:
• Improved Cardiovascular Health: Zumba Gold's rhythmic dance movements elevate the heart rate and circulation, promoting cardiovascular fitness.
• Enhanced Agility and Coordination: The dance routines challenge balance and coordination, improving stability and preventing falls.
• Increased Energy Levels: Zumba Gold can boost energy and overall vitality.
• Muscular Strength and Endurance: The dance movements engage various muscle groups, leading to improved muscle strength and endurance.
• Improved Range of Motion: The movements in Zumba Gold can help improve flexibility and range of motion.
• Low-Impact Workout: Zumba Gold is a low-impact workout, making it safe and accessible for individuals with joint issues or mobility limitations.

As well as improving physical health Zumba Gold can also improve mental well-being as well as cognitive function.

We emphasise a party atmosphere so whatever your fitness level, if you're looking for a fun and engaging way to exercise this is for you!
