This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling unsure, or out of practice with work - or currently stuggling in a job. It’s especially helpful if you’re starting something new, dealing with health or confidence challenges, have caring responsibilities, or are returning to work after time away. Whether you’re young and just getting started or older and facing change, you’re very welcome.

You don’t need any experience of attending a previous wellbeing class, just a willingness to reflect and take part.
