Laptops for Improvers - Your Next Steps
This course will guide you through the basics of operating a Windows 10 and 11 laptop with ease, and help you find suitable apps for your needs. You'll learn how to keep your documents safe and save them correctly. The course will also introduce you to other feautures such as AI tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). You'll also learn how to identify file types and compress files, all in a friendly environment. By the end of the course, you should be able to use your laptop with confidence and have a better understanding of its capabilities.

If you are unsure about how to use your laptop, just need a refresher on what to do or have just bought a Window 10 or 11 laptop and find it baffling, then this is the course for you. This is not for Android or Apple devices. This course can lead to better confidence and wellbeing with using a laptop and higher levels of digital engagement. It can also lead to further courses.
