Drawing, Painting and Printmaking
This course is aimed at anyone who is interested in developing their artistic skills, exploring a range of drawing, painting and simple printmaking techniques.

During the course, we will explore ideas such as observational drawing, colour, composition and tone. We will take inspiration from a range of sources, including the work of some well-known artists.

Students will be encouraged to design and create personal work using some of their own ideas and images if they wish to. We will consider how to develop original work that combines different techniques and materials.

Teaching and learning will be based on a variety of methods - these will include tutor demonstrations, along with one-to-one personalised guidance.

Throughout the course learners will practise and experiment with techniques in a supportive and friendly environment.
