• Spot opportunities for innovation. Participants will be shown tools to identify process, customer touchpoints or data flows that could benefit from digital enhancement.
• Assess the digital maturity of their own tems/organisation utilising a basic maturity model.
• Recognise the cultural and organisational challenges of implementation and understand the key success components to tackling these main challenges.
• Develop a personalised action plan based around their own digital transformation strategy.
