Sustainable T-Shirt Yarn Macrame Pot Holders (YIWW)
In this workshop you will learn how to turn an old, unwearable t-shirt into a yarn. We will then use that yarn and learn how to create a macrame style plant pot holder to hang in your home or garden. This workshop is designed to show you how you can turn an old item of clothing that has long outlived it's purpose into something new and useful, while having fun and being creative!

This workshop is for anyone who enjoys trying new crafts and learning how to reuse old items.

There are no additional costs, but it would be helpful if you bring along 1 or 2 old t-shirts that can be cut up to make the yarn. This works best with plain t-shirts, with no embroidery or iron on badges or pictures as this will affect the yarn. We will have a small supply of plain t-shirts available for anyone who has not been able to find a suitable one at home.
