This course is aimed at dancers who have some knowledge of ballroom and social dancing but are lacking confidence. Ideally dancers will have completed a beginners course and will be familiar with rhythm, Foxtrot, Waltz and Social Jive.

Please enrol with a friend or partner as we cannot guarantee a partner to dance with.

Suitable footwear is advised and if dancers have ballroom shoes, this would be appropriate.

If not, day shoes can be worn but avoid heavy shoes or boots, and wear shoes which are comfortable with a heel no higher than 3 inches.
