Fun with Phonics - St Hilda's CH
A 5 week course to help you get to grips with phonics.
We will cover all the terminology used in school and make games and activities to help your child with their learning at home. Your child will join you at the end of each session so you can practise phonics together.
We will also share fun ideas to further support your child’s speech, language and communication skills.

On your Family Learning course you will be developing transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, creativity, resilience and critical thinking.
The skills, experience and knowledge you acquire on this course could lead to jobs or apprenticeships in areas such as childcare, teaching assistant or working in schools, retail and customer service as well as self-employment. And further learning such as maths, English, access courses, digital skills, nursing and midwifery and further education.

Please note that Adult Education funding is for individuals who are over the age of 19 on the 31st of August prior to the start date of their course.
