Mindfulness Through AR/VR: A Mindful Afternoon
Our Mindful Afternoon uses AR/VR headsets to help you leave our reality and step into Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality. You will have the opportunity to use our headsets to access both our Mindfulness apps, with up to 6 mini-modules available (each module is approx. 10-15 mins) and/or have a go at our series of other apps on the headsets all of which should help you relax, become calm and feel settled. You can also take first steps into the exciting future of AR/VR with the support of our helpful tutors.

This course is a first steps in AR/VR technology. If you have already used AR/VR headsets before you are very welcome to come but this course assumes you’ve not used them before and takes you through it accordingly. No previous experience in using Mindfulness in any way is required. The afternoon is a gentle introduction to both Mindfulness and AR/VR.
