Visible Mending Workshop
Learn the basics of creating decorative visible repairs on your favourite clothes.

In this workshop we will focus on embroidery and patching techniques which work best on heavier textiles, like denim or cotton.

This workshop is suitable for all abilities. People with no experience of embroidery and stitching are welcome, along with experienced crafters.

Please come to the workshop with something to repair! Embroidery threads and material patches will be available but please do bring any spare yarn or threads you have at home to reuse in your repairs.

Materials cost an extra £3.00 per person, and this is payable to the tutor at the start of the workshop. If you can bring the correct change, this will be very helpful for the tutor.

If you require refreshments, please bring a packed lunch, snacks and beverages, including tea/coffee if you would like a warm drink.
