Stained Glass (evening session, 20 weeks course)
Enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere as you are guided through the techniques required to design and create beautiful pieces of stained glass. You will have the opportunity to share ideas within group discussions along with 1:1 time with your tutor. This is a practical, hands-on craft course and runs for 20 weeks during the autumn 2024 term and spring 2025 term. The price of this course is for the 20 weeks.

By the end of the course, you will have made your own piece of stained glass that you can take home with you.

All tools and equipment are provided. Materials for the course are available at an initial cost of £10.00 per student payable to the tutor on the first night. Additional payments may be required later in the course depending on the amount of work produced.

Please bring a sketchbook/notebook and a pencil.

The course will run for 10 weeks in the autumn term, followed by 10 weeks in the spring term.

Autumn term 2024 dates:
18/09/2024 to 27/11/2024 with no class on the 30 October 2024 (half-term holiday).

Spring term 2025 dates:
15/01/2025 to 26/03/2025 with no class on the 19 February 2025 (half-term holiday).

When you arrive at the school, please come to the school's purple block entrance and York Learning staff will be there to show you to your classroom.

Please note that Adult Education funding is for individuals who are over the age of 19 on the 31st of August prior to the start date of their course.
