The Italian Kitchen - Spinaci e ricotta gnocchi (gnudi) - (V - GF)
This course is part of the "Italian Kitchen" series of Saturday workshops.

You will learn how to prepare "gnudi" - delicious spinach and ricotta gnocchi - by watching a demonstration and listening to an Italophile teacher, who will give a step-by-step guide to making this Tuscan dish, alongside a simple "bruschetta".

Both are gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians. The methods will be explained and the full ingredients will be provided by your tutor for you to cook with (these are included in the cost of the course). You will then prepare the dish, which will be eaten for lunch with any drink you would like to bring along, which can be wine if you are not driving, or your your favourite non-alcoholic tipple.

You will be given the recipe to take home so that you can make the dish again.
