Italian Intermediate
This year, the course will be fully classroom-based and will take place at Huntington Community Centre. Each session is for 2 hours.

This term we will build and consolidate previously learned grammar and topics such as shopping, travelling and holidays. You will acquire useful vocabulary, express personal preferences, tastes and opinions and discuss past, present and future events. You will be able to give advice, make comparisons and use the conditional tense.

You will acquire a deeper understanding of the structure of the language, with emphasis on accuracy of pronunciation. You will learn by listening, reading texts and speaking, using a variety of exercises.

This course provides skills for self-improvement, which could lead to further study in the subject and, in the long term, to work as a translator/interpreter.
