Spanish Upper Intermediate - Culture and Conversation
This course is for those interested in developing their skills in Spanish through different topics of conversation. Ideally, you will have already studied Spanish for at least five years (fairly recently) and have a good grasp of grammar and spoken Spanish. Alternatively, you may wish to regain fluency in Spanish if you learned the language to a good standard many years ago.

The activities are planned to facilitate spoken engagement with the Spanish language, including watching videos, analysing short texts, playing games, and using the language with members of your class - all while having as much fun as possible!

This course is suitable for you if you have studied Spanish language for a minimum of five years and you can conjugate fluently the “Presente”, Pasado Indefinido”, “Pasado Perfecto” and “Pasado Imperfecto”, and understand the differences between them without difficulty.

You can also enrol on this course if you have taken an A-Level in Spanish.

We strongly recommend that you take the level test before you enrol, especially if you have not studied Spanish in the last two years.

This course provides skills for self-improvement, which could lead to further study in the subject and, in the long term, to work as a translator/interpreter.
