This friendly course will show you how to use the apps you already have on your laptop in order to be more productive when using your device. Understand how to safely surf the internet, save your favourite sites and feel secure buying products from websites.

Learn the importance of saving files properly, also how to back up your files safely in case of problems. Understand some maintenance functions to keep your laptop running smoothly.

Learn how to change settings so it is easier to use your laptop!

This course is for people who own a Windows 10 or 11 laptop and are a little puzzled or frustrated on how to use it! You will gain an understanding on how to navigate around your laptop and how to use the programs/ apps you have on your computer and feel comfortable to change settings to make it work for you.
