Multiply 2: Cook, Serve and Save at Door 84 II
Cook, Serve and Save is a course that will show you how to make the most of every ingredient in your cupboard to make delicious, nutritious meals, with lower energy costs than putting on the oven. We will focus on using an energy-efficient small appliance , that you may have the chance of being given on completion of the full course.
Each week we will use a different recipe, suiting a range of tastes. You will build up a small collection of simple recipes that can be repeated at home for your household. To support this you will be given a food item for your store cupboard at the end of every session! We will also look at how to compare prices to get the best buy, adjusting amounts for different numbers of people and how to substitute ingredients when you don’t have the “right” ones.
