Mosaic Jewellery
This class is an enjoyable and relaxed introduction to the art of mosaic making on a small scale. Basic skills and techniques will be demonstrated by your friendly tutor and you will be able to create a wearable, mini-mosaic in the form of a beautiful piece of jewellery. Wear it proudly yourself or it would make a unique gift for a friend or loved one.

Materials and equipment will be provided at an additional cost of £10. This includes 2 x silver plated jewellery blanks, tiles, glue & grout.

You will be guided through the process of selecting and cutting your own tiles by your tutor, choosing from a wide selection of tesserae and decorative inclusions. The grouting process will be demonstrated and you will have a bag of materials and instructions to take home in order to complete this with confidence. There will be images and exemplar materials available to look at and handle, on the day, for inspiration.
