Drawing & Painting (beginners and improvers)
This course is aimed at anyone who is interested in developing their drawing and painting skills, from beginners to those wishing to improve existing skills.

During the course, we will explore the basic elements of drawing and painting, developing observational skills through exploring line, tone, form, composition and texture.

We will work through a series of creative drawing and painting tasks, consider the work of several artists, and explore how we can design and create more personal drawings.

Teaching and learning will be based on a variety of methods, and these will include tutor presentations, demonstrations, and one-to-one personalised guidance.

Throughout the course, learners will practise and experiment with techniques in a supportive and friendly environment.
