A Beginners Guide to Social Media For Business
This course is for you if you would like to get a greater understanding of social media for your business. You must have started a business and have set up a business profile on one of the main platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn.
You will come away with a clear understanding of why you are using social media for your business, who your target audience is and what platforms they are using so you can focus on creating content that speaks directly to them enabling you to achieve your social media goals/objectives.
I will cover how to create specific content to promote your courses with York Learning

This is an online course that will be delivered via Zoom, so please ensure that you can access this on the device you are using.
You will receive your Zoom login details in an email that is sent out 24 hours before the course is due to start. (Please note, if you enrol less than 24 hours before a course starts, you will receive your zoom code as soon as you enrol.) Please keep your Zoom code safe as you will need the same code for further classes if this is part of a course.

Tutor profile:
Rebecca is passionate about helping others harness the power of social media to help their businesses thrive. After spending years in senior management in the travel, hospitality and UK ELT sectors, she retrained and gained a Diploma in Strategic Social Media Marketing and is a certified trainer.
She now trains and coach businesses on using social media as a vital part of their marketing strategy and is a visiting lecturer at York St John University and York Learning.
