Dressmaking - Bring Your Own Project/Sustainable Sewing
Enjoy the practical process of sewing and dressmaking in a relaxed, yet secure setting. So often, people have the best intentions to sew frequently, but then they get stuck on something specific and items remain unfinished.

You could make an item "from scratch" or use the opportunity to make alterations to existing clothes. You could even take apart an exisiting garment to make something new . . . . The world's your oyster!

These sessions have been specifically set up to enable existing and new learners to extend their dressmaking repertoire, making clothes that either they want to wear or they want to make for family and friends.

This mixed-ability setting enables learners to gain inspiration from their peers whilst obtaining essential knowledge and information from their tutor, thereby allowing them to move forward.
