Dancercise
Dancercise is a fitness class which incorporates a full body work out to music. Whatever your
ability this dance fitness course is full of FUN!
You’ll be trying a variety of dance techniques from latin to jazz styles. You don’t need a partner or to even know how to dance
to enjoy this stylish and graceful way to get fit. The steps are simple and easy to follow with step by step instructions, across any age or fitness
level, we guarantee you’ll leave having had a great time. The course offers an improved level of strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and cardiovascular
fitness. Knowledge of various styles of basic dance steps will improve over the course. Options for lower to medium impact will be given.

It is suitable for beginners and improvers and is also aimed at the older or less mobile learner.
You can also take part seated as well! Classes are suitable for anyone in good health with a passion for dance. High and low impact options are given, so no previous dance experience is necessary. This course provides skills for self emprovement, but could also lead to further study and lead to a career in the fitness field.

Please have water available to re-hydrate with and a towel to dry off with.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and appropriate footwear e.g. trainers or dance trainers, heels not recommended.

Please note there is no class on Thursday 19th October & 2nd November.
The class starts at 10:30 but it is advisable to arrive 5 minutes early to find a parking space.

we are not qualified healthcare professionals, by participating in one of our courses you agree to take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing and safety.
