Ukulele Basics Plus
Ready, steady, go! This is the course for anyone and everyone who wants a jolly good time and to continue their ukulele journey! This course will be run alongside a complete beginners course, who you will work with to make one big beautiful supportive group to develop your skills and repertoire together.

The ukulele is the world’s most cheerful and beginner-friendly musical instrument. You can’t be sad with a ukulele in your hand, so come and have some fun – you’ll be strumming along to popular songs from day one.
In this second short course we will get you rocking and give you more of the basics you need to join a strum-and-sing-along group near you – plus a great big smile!

The course is led by Alison Lyon, of Drums Agogo. Alison has been leading music workshops for 20 years, and is known for her clear and accessible teaching style that makes learning friendly and fun.

You will need to practice for at least 15 mintes a day. By the end of the course you will feel comfortable playing 12 chords, reading simple guitar tabs and play in a simple ensemble.
