Body Wisdom Workshop
Join us for this all new and unique workshop. No matter where you are starting, if you change how you move, you can change how you feel.

The BodyWisdom workshop is an inquiry of the body through movement, somatic exercises, meditations, experiments, and explorations. It is an opportunity to reconnect with your primary and functional movements. You will learn how to identify habitual patterns that can cause chronic tight muscles and stiffness, whatever your age, and how to replace these with new and better habits.
