Just Sing!
Have fun and make new connections by joining us for a sing-along and a cuppa!
This group is for absolutely anyone who wants to just sing. We don’t care if you think your voice is croaky, you’ve been told not to quit your day job to become the next Beyoncé, or you haven’t dusted the cobwebs off the ol’ vocal cords in a while; we are simply about enjoying singing together.
We’ll have a bash at pretty much anything – from gospel songs to sea shanties, musical theatre to popular hits – but, perhaps most importantly, we’ll ask YOU what songs YOU fancy having a go at. The lyrics for everything will be provided and also shared electronically, plus it is all taught by ear so no need to worry about reading music.
Whether you are a complete beginner, a shower-karaoke belter, a seasoned chorister, or mainly invested in the tea and social, come and join us to discover (or rediscover!) the joy of singing together in a lovely friendly and supportive group.

There is a large free car park to the rear of the folk hall and a café on site also. The singing will finish at 3pm and for the last half and hour (or more if you wish) we can have a cuppa in the café area and a natter! A nice social end to the class.
