As part of Learning in York Week, join us for this all new African Drumming Workshop – For One Night Only!

We’re back with a Bang! Come and have some drumming fun with us at Huntington School. Learn a traditional African rhythm in record time and have foot-stomping fun making music with other people.

Friendly and fun session with Alison from Drums Agogo.
All drums are provided, and don’t worry if you’ve never played before – Alison will show you how!

This one-off workshop is for drummers of all levels of experience, or none - if you’ve got a heartbeat, you’re in!

All instruments are provided - and they’ll be cleaned and Covid-safe before we start, so please don’t worry about that. If you have a djembe drum of your own, and want to play that, you’re welcome to bring it along. Just bring yourself and perhaps a bottle of water.

We ask that you please bring your own hand sanitiser and sanitiser wipes to each session for your own personal space.
