Perfect for anybody who sits for prolonged periods but also ideal for those perhaps who may be struggling with mobility in general and just need to loosen up and get the body straightened out and back on track. Research shows that sitting for long periods or being immobile can have a negative effect on health and is often uncomfortable. This can contribute to tightness in the hips and legs, in addition to neck, shoulder and back pain in the upper body.

If you recognise that this is YOU, then this course could be just what you need.

The exercises will progress as the course continues, dependent upon your individual ability. Learners are encouraged to work within their own range of movement. As the weeks progress you should begin to feel an improvement in your strength, flexibility, technique and in your general health.
