Introduction to Curtain Making
Can’t find readymade curtains to fit your windows, or just don’t like what’s on offer? Then come and find out how to make your own.

Learn how to measure windows, estimate fabric quantities and how to choose suitable material for the task in hand. Explore different types of curtains, including lined, interlined, pencil pleats and handmade triple pleats.
Practise pattern matching and discuss/explore hand sewn & machine sewn hems.
