BalletFit is a fun dance class which takes the fundamental elements of Classical Ballet as its base. It will build on basic barre and centre exercises, developing into various step and movement sequences to enhance your love of dance. Whether you danced as a child and would like to start again, or you are a complete beginner, this class is for you. All you need is a love of dance and a sense of fun!

The course will cover some of the various aspects and styles of Classical Ballet, leading to an improved level of strength, flexibility, co-ordination, musicality and cardiovascular fitness.

Classes are designed to be accessible and are suitable for anyone in good health with a passion for dance. The class is aimed at beginners so no previous dance experience is necessary, but if you do have some prior knowledge you are still most welcome to come along. Prosp User 4
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and appropriate footwear e.g. ballet shoes, jazz shoes or dance trainers.

You may bring your own hand sanitiser and sanitiser wipes to each session if you wish.
