Yoga For Life
Enhance your health and wellbeing and discover how simple it is to make yoga part of your daily routine. You will explore asana (postures), breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. This class will not only improve your posture, strength, and flexibility and muscle tone but bring about greater body/mind awareness to help you attain balance and harmony, not only in class but in your everyday life. This course promotes a safe setting where individuals practice yoga with an emphasis on finding what feels right for their own body. Postures and practices can be modified taking into account individual health considerations. However, a general level of health and fitness is desirable. This course is suitable for mixed abilities, including those new to Yoga. Prosp User 4
Please make sure you have a suitable space available to exercise in, where you will be able to see your screen easily and safely. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and have a non-stick yoga mat, a yoga block or firm cushion. Practice in bare feet or wear yoga socks. Prosp User 5

You will receive your Zoom login details by email around 24 hours before the course is due to start, or at the earliest opportunity if you enrol after this point. Please keep your Zoom code safe as you will need the same code for each class.

You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. Please make sure you have a suitable space available to exercise in, where you will be able to see your screen easily and safely.
