Essential Digital Skills Entry Level 3 and Level 1
The government-backed Essential Digital Skills qualifications are designed to help people gain the digital skills required for everyday use in life and at work. There are 2 levels available, and between them both they cover a range of skills such as how to use different digital devices, how to search the internet and be confident with finding information online, keeping safe online, communicating digitally and creating documents. You can work in a small group with our patient experienced tutors. It’s a mixture of knowledge, practical skills and demonstrations. Our learners usually start at Entry Three and progress to Level One once they’ve completed their Entry Three exams. Both Entry Three and Level One are fully accredited courses meaning you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification on completion. Prosp User 3

Our Essential Digital Skills courses run termly. If you’re interested in a course but that term’s course has already started, we’ll put you on the waiting list and offer you a place before the start of the next term’s course. Prosp User 6
