Crochet - Beginners and beyond
This course contains a variety of projects that you can choose from. Some are very much aimed at beginners; others are more challenging for the intermediate crocheter.

Projects available include: A shrug cardigan (basic), a shawl (intermediate), a Mandala (intermediate), and a Star Blanket (intermediate). If you have a specific project in mind that you would like to make, you can always bring that in and we can work on that instead of the abovementioned projects.

The projects will be worked on each week during our class with support and advice to make an item that you can be proud of.

During our first class, we will discuss what you want to work and what yarn and hooks you will need. In order to be able to practise skills during that first week, I will bring plenty of hooks and yarn for you to work with before obtaining your own for the following weeks.

This course is suitable for complete beginners or rusty crocheters! It is also suitable for intermediate learners.

Please make sure you have a few crochet hooks available. We recommend sizes 3, 4 and 5. The size of your hook can be dependent on the tension of the yarn while you work.

We will have already discussed how much yarn you will need for your chosen project, and this yarn is bought by you prior to the start of the course.

Please bring your own hand sanitiser and sanitiser wipes.
