Spanish Year 4 - term 3
In term 1 we learnt how to talk about the modes of transport used when travelling and how to give explanations as to why we prefer certain methods to others. We learnt how to identify people and places in the airport, as well as how to refer to specific items and successfully navigate customs and check-in. We also learnt how to construct and use another form of the past tense.

In term 2 we learnt how to report lost or stolen items and give important details and descriptions about the object and when it was mislaid or taken using the appropriate past tense(s). We also learnt how to file a report with the police and receive a crime report.

The following is what will be covered in term 3 (summer term 2022):

Term 3 (April to July 2022):- Learn how to name the parts of the body and describe someone’s physical appearance and distinguishing features. You will also be able to describe someone’s personality and talk about their characteristics.

You will learn by listening to and repeating new words and phrases, reading simple texts, doing a variety of exercises and practising new language in role-play situations.
