Dancercise - Free Taster
Dancercise is a fitness class which incorporates a full body work out to music. Suitable for beginners and improvers alike this dance fitness class is full of FUN! You’ll be exposed to a variety of dance techniques from latin to jazz styles. You don’t need a partner or to even know how to dance to enjoy this stylish and graceful way to get fit. The steps are simple and easy to follow with step by step instructions, across any age or fitness level, we guarantee you’ll leave wanting MORE!

The course offers an improved level of strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Knowledge of various styles of basic dance steps will improve over the course.

Classes are suitable for anyone in good health with a passion for dance. High and low impact options are given, so no previous dance experience is necessary. Prosp User 4
Please have water available to re-hydrate with and a towel to dry off with. Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and appropriate footwear e.g. trainers or dance trainers, heels not recommended.

We ask that you please bring your own hand sanitiser and sanitiser wipes to each session for your own personal space.

The class starts at 18.30 but it is advisable to arrive 5 minutes early to find a space.

As we are not qualified healthcare professionals, by participating in one of our online courses you agree to take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing and safety.
