Know Your Skills
Transferable skills are skills you have picked up during your life, through jobs, volunteering, in education, parenting, hobbies, etc. You can use these skills in new tasks and in different work settings.
Being able to demonstrate to an employer that you can match your skills to the job you are applying for, increases your chances of success. This course will help identify your own skills set and understand which skills employers are looking for.
Presented through Powerpoint slides via Zoom with some short exercises for you to do during and/or following the workshop.

This course is suitable for anyone aged 19+ wanting to get a job, change careers, or improve their employability. Prosp User 4
You will need a device or laptop and the ability to use Zoom. The workshop is free of charge and runs once every month. Prosp User 5
This is an online workshop that will be delivered via Zoom, so please ensure that you can access this on the device you are using. You will receive details and joining instructions of how to access the course shortly before the start date by email.
You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. The workshop facilitator will then admit you into the session when it is ready to begin.
