Healthy, Quick and Easy Food (in conjunction with York Carers Centre)
Designed with you in mind! We know that time is precious for you and sometimes you just can’t be bothered to start cooking from scratch. Well we want to show you that it doesn’t have to be difficult or take ages to cook healthy, quick and easy food. At the two hands-on workshops you will learn how to make some basic staples, and then you can build on those and create lots of easy quick meal options. You can learn how to make a basic white sauce (and then what you can then add to it to given you lots of options!) if you’re feeling really adventurous, you could then go on to make it into a cheese soufflé. You will also learn how to make a basic tomato sauce.
The course is exclusively for York carers. To book contact: enquiries@yorkcarerscentre.co.uk, 01904 715 490
