Keeping Well: Settling a Busy Mind (Adult Learning in York Week)
We hope you’ll enjoy this Adult Learning in York Week taster session.

A taster of how to settle a busy mind and develop awareness of our thought processing and how the mind works.

In this session we will explore how to settle the mind, as often our thoughts distract us from focusing on work, study or our daily lives. We will use tools and techniques to help us recognise what our mind is really like and then see if we can work with it in a construct way to bring greater clarity and focus.
