Yoga - Stretch and Relax
This course aims to help you relax, stretch and focus your mind. With tutor guidance
and demonstration students will learn how to stretch their bodies releasing tightness
and tension. Breathing practices - pranayama - alongside postures - asana - help to
strengthen muscles and joints. A period of relaxation helps to bring the benefits of
the practice together.

With practice you should increase your flexibility and strength, understand how using
your breath correctly can aid you with the ups and downs of everyday life.
