Willow Weaving: Christmas Decorations - Stars and Christmas Trees
This workshop will provide you with an introduction to willow weaving and the many ways that you can use this versatile material. You will learn how to prepare it and about the creative possibilities of weaving with willow. You will use a variety of techniques to make your own beautiful Christmas decorations: stars, Christmas trees, reindeer, bunting etc. for the tree or your wall! Prosp User 3
This course is suitable for all. You don't need to have experience of willow weaving, just a desire to be creative with willow! Prosp User 4
All materials needed for the workshop are provided at a cost of £5.00. This is payable on the day to the tutor in cash. Where possible, please bring the correct amount, to avoid unnecessary cash handling.

Please bring with you a pair of sharp secateurs if you have them and a sharp knife e.g. a pen knife. Please also bring a bag to carry your work home with.

Coffee and tea making facilities may not be operational in the autumn, at the venue. Please bring a packed lunch and any snacks or drinks you require, to the workshop. Please also bring your own hand sanitiser and sanitiser wipes to each session.

When you arrive at the school, please walk to the school's main reception. The York Learning reception staff will be there to greet you and explain how to find your classroom.
