Watercolour - Mixed Media Techniques
Discover the versatility of using watercolour with pastel and pen techniques. During her overseas and outdoor courses, Sue uses soluble pens for creating painting ideas, or capturing a quick result without taking too much equipment. However, when in the studio, Sue works predominantly in watercolour, soft chalk pastel and mixed media. She will often produce an “underpainting” in watercolour and add details, layers and extra dimensions by using black pens and pastels on top. During this five-week course, Sue will show you how to work with this range of creative media, looking at a variety of subjects including landscapes, seaside scenes and portraits. Prosp User 3
