The aims of the course are to promote health via gentle, flowing exercises. These will cover stance work, Tai Chi form and Chi Kung (Energy Cultivation). Each session will gradually enhance your level of fitness, reducing stress and promoting health, well-being and relaxation.
We will cover some of the history of Tai Chi and related aspects such as Chi energy and Yin/Yang. By the end of the course you will have a good understanding of the basics of Tai Chi; the Wudang style; and Chi Kung exercises.
