Dancefit
Dancefit is a fun, aerobic-inspired dance class combining traditional exercise with enjoyable dance moves for a whole-body workout.

Prepare to be creative and add your own flavour to the simple moves and feel like you are in the school disco again. We will bop to some of your favourite tunes, so it’s time for wiggles and giggles!

Mostly just yourself! We will be including some routines from a discipline called "pound" which usually involves drumsticks. If you have some at home that is great, but if not, you can improvise using two implements such as wooden spoons from the kitchen.

Please wear loose, comfortable, sporty clothing and trainers or similar footwear.

Please make sure you have a suitable space available to exercise in, where you will be able to see your screen easily and safely.
