Dancercise
Dancercise is a fitness class which incorporates a full body work out to music. Suitable for beginners and improvers alike, this dance fitness class is full of FUN! You’ll be exposed to a variety of dance techniques from latin to jazz styles. You don’t need a partner or to even know how to dance to enjoy this stylish and graceful way to get fit. The steps are simple and easy to follow with step by step instructions, across any age or fitness level, we guarantee you’ll leave wanting MORE!
The course offers an improved level of strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Knowledge of various styles of basic dance steps will improve over the course.

Classes are suitable for anyone in good health with a passion for dance. High and low impact options are given, so no previous dance experience is necessary. Prosp User 4
Please have water available to re-hydrate with and a towel to dry off with. Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and appropriate footwear e.g. trainers or dance trainers, heels not recommended.

Please make sure you have a suitable space available to exercise in, where you will be able to see your screen easily and safely.

This is an online course that will be delivered via Zoom, so please ensure that you can access this on the device you are using.
You will receive your Zoom login details in an email that is sent out 24 hours before the course is due to start. (Please note, if you enrol less than 24 hours before a course starts, you will receive your zoom code as soon as you enrol.) Please keep your Zoom code safe as you will need the same code for each class.

You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. Your tutor will then admit you to the class once your session is ready to begin.
