Spanish Advanced - term 2
This is a Spanish language course focused on practising all the different language skills to an advanced level. We will read short stories, articles and poems as well as listening to audio broadcasts and watching a variety of videos in the Spanish language. We will discuss different issues from the most colloquial language to the most academic. We will learn a lot of advanced Spanish language grammar, for example, the use of the subjunctive or the passive sentences. Prosp User 3
This course is designed for people with good Spanish language listening, speaking and grammar skills. You should be able to recount past events using the different past tenses in Spanish, make future plans, use the subjunctive, understand Spanish films and read novels and academic articles. You will have studied Spanish for at least 8 years. If you are not sure about your level, please ask for the level test. Prosp User 4

If you are new to the course this term, please do not buy the book until after the first session. If we finish this book, we will start Aula Internacional 5, Nueva Edición, libro del alumno.

This is an online course that will be delivered via Zoom, so please ensure that you can access this on the device you are using. You will receive details and joining instructions of how to access the course shortly before the start date by email.

You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. Your tutor will then admit you to the class once your session is ready to begin.
