Tai Chi - Absolute Beginners
Tai Chi is known as ‘meditation in movement’ and is practiced in a slow sequence of movements (known as ‘form’). Regular training can bring physical health benefits that include: improved balance, body structure and flexibility, fitness, stamina and general health and wellbeing.

Tai Chi makes you feel more positive and happier so you will also learn how to reduce stress. With each session you will improve your stability, which will help to reduce falls. By the end of the course you will be able to perform the short hand form and various Qigong exercises.

For more information on Tai Chi please look at the tutors website www.uktaichi.com
