This early morning class is designed to set you up for your day ahead. If you’re too busy to attend an evening or daytime class then this may be perfect for you and be a great start to your day. You will learn the principles of the Pilates technique: posture, thoracic breathing and muscle isolation, through a series of mat exercise sequences that progress as you develop strength, co-ordination and flexibility.

Pilates will make changes to your posture that will help you stand taller as you learn how to align your spine and the muscles that support it. Practising and mastering the Pilates technique can transform your body shape, posture and general well-being by improving your core stability. It can also significantly reduce or eliminate back, shoulder and neck pain.

A great start to the day! Engage in a variety of exercises to improve your flexibility and core stability.
